The Miracle that Made Me a Believer
Hey there, mamas and legacy-makers!
My name is Liana and quite frankly, I can’t believe I’m even typing these words. Me? A blogger? A mom blogger? A wellness blogger?
Ok, ok…the last one kind of makes sense. I’ve always had an interest in all things health and wellness. And I do like to write, chat, and apparently even talk in my sleep.
But all of that has always, solely, been on a personal level. Prior to meeting my husband, I had a super successful and beautiful career in boutique Italian travel. It was that Italian travel business I was trying to rebrand and refresh when Lifewave came into our lives.
My oldest son was 11 at the time and struggling to get through every day in ways I couldn’t imagine. Although we never limited him to a label, he was definitely, undeniably, so unfairly trapped on the “spectrum.” Cognitive processing, language, fairness, physical movements, jokes, sarcasm, relationships…the list of “just life” things that I took for granted every single day were endless, recurring battles he had to face – and often lose.
My father was a chiropractor who had been using the Lifewave phototherapy patches in his office with astonishing success. He talked to me about the patches multiple times (I mean, like…multiple multiple. The kind of multiple multiple repetitions that only a loving parent can even bear to repeat for the sake of their children and grandchildren.)
I could definitely blame being about 1,000 months pregnant on part of my initial disinterest. Pregnancy brain made it hard to understand something so new and cutting edge. The idea of adding another thing to my list made me want to…well…let’s just say I didn’t want another thing on my list.
Boy oh boy, if there were ever something I’m glad I was wrong about, it is doubting and resisting the use of the Lifewave patches. Arguably the best thing we have ever done was “give in” and try them.
We didn’t tell anyone. We didn’t expect anything. One day my husband just peeled off the backing and stuck it on the back of our son’s neck. And the rest is tear-jerking, life-changing, family-unifying, hope-giving, community-building, legacy-making history.
I saw my son “wake up” after the first 24 hours. I saw a whole new kid emerge within the first week.
Our 7 week testimonial has made its way around the entire world and encouraged so many parents to give Lifewave phototherapy patches a try. With consistently amazing feedback.
And you can read that here: **********
But it certainly didn’t stop with our son.

ot making any medical claims. I mean, maybe my meatloaf was just so good his brain decided to heal itself? Maybe he just needed that 7,532nd lettuce leaf and that’s what finally did the trick? Could be. But I didn’t notice the undeniable, life-giving change after diet changes, supplements, acupuncture, chiropractic, or even homeopathy (and I’m a huge fan and forever student of all of the above!)
I’ve always had an interest in all things health and wellness – but phototherapy? Brand new to me. Lifewave? A 20+ year company I had never heard of in all my travels, education, and personal wellness appointments.
I was all in after the changes I saw in my son. I shared the good news with friends and watched woman after woman, man after man, child after child heal from the kinds of things doctors categorize in the “Let’s just try to stay positive and focus on your quality of life at this point” category. The more I learned about Lifewave, the more I loved. About the technology, about the company, about the body, about our Creator. And the more I loved to share the life-changing technology with others.
Notice how I keep talking about other people? That was a strong trend for about two years. Then…it was my turn. Scroll on for the moment
